Arlo Audio doorbell doesn’t make noise when pressed

Hi I can’t figure out what is wrong with my doorbell. It doesn’t make any noise when pressed no matter what ring style it’s set to. It flashes and also rings to my phone, but when I answer I can hear nothing and nor can the caller at the door. In the devices section, it is not set to silent. I would be grateful for any help, it’s frustrating me a lot!

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

Hi I’ve done a factory reset and there is still no noise when the button is pressed. I’ve also just checked it’s not on silent in my phone settings.
