Doorbell won't stop calling when button isn't being pushed

My doorbell rings without the button being pushed. Anytime someone walks by my wife and I get phone calls. I've messed with all the settings, done multiple resets, and nothing seems to work. Makes me want to return the doorbell. Getting so many unnecessary phone calls while just checking the mail or kids play outside.
