I have 2 chimes and both have remained connected with no issue. Any chance there's something near the chime that uses the 2.4GHz band? Maybe it's mobile? Have you tried a different plug?

I’d be lucky is my chime stayed connected for 24hrs before falling “offline”, very frustrating! I’ve read other posts about an bug with a USB drive causing problems with the chime, but I’ve never had a drive plugged in, so this isn’t the cause. Any other ideas for how to make the chime stable and useful/usable?

Hi @SideshowChris

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

I’ve removed the chime and added it again. I’ve done a reset and added it again. I’ve even removed the app from my iPhone and added both the app and the chime again.
