Can I use a chime and a my wired doorbell at the same time?

When installing a Arlo Audio Doorbell can I use my existing digital wired chime in addition to a Arlo Chime? I can only seem to get one or the other to work.

I am using both and it works fine.

Yes, both should work. Do you have the Chime paired to your Arlo Audio Doorbell? You can check this by navigating to Settings > My Devices > select your doorbell > Device Settings > Scroll down to paired devices.
