topic Silent mode doesn't seem to work properly. Have to toggle Arlo Chime on to actually get alert? in Arlo Audio Doorbell

I have just purchased a doorbell and have some setup confusion. On the iOS app it has a setting for Silent Mode and then for activating my chime and/or phoning me. But these seem to work in the opposite way to what I would expect. That is, I have to switch on the Silent Mode switch in order to get alerts and switch off my chime to get it to sound.
Is this just a bug with the new Arlo app or is my unit faulty? See the attached screenshot for the setup where just my chime goes off on the doorbell being pressed.

Hi Glasshalffull,

We've tested the Arlo Audio Doorbell and Arlo Chime with the setup that you had it as and was not able to replicate the issue as if you toggle the Arlo Chime off, you should receive a chime alert.

Have you tried turning off the Silent Mode and re-enabling it to see if that works?
