Audio Doorbell Speaker Not Working

I bought a kit with a hub, 2 camera's and a doorbell. Everything else works fine, bit the doorbell speaker is not working. I can hear audio coming through the doorbell, but when I talk or try to send a message, nothing happens. I've reset it a couple times, played around with the settings but can't figure it out. I've watched some videos and I'll t looks pretty straight forward. Maybe mine is broken. Anyone else have this issue? Or know if arlo replaces defective components?

I am also having this problem. I believe it is a firmware bug as mine was working until the latest firmware update.

Ar you still experiencing this issue? What firmware is your Doorbell running?

I ended up taking back to the store amd swapping it out. The new one works fine.
