Arlo Doorbell not alerting phone [Android]

My phone doesn't always get a "call" from my Doorbell to alert when someone rings it. When I do, it's pretty delayed, so I bought the Chime.

Now I'm not getting any notification that someone pressed the doorbell, let alone a "call" from the app.

The only way I can tell that someone pressed the button is that Android notifies me that "Arlo has been detected using camera", which is strange.

I have all notification persmissions enabled (and set them to high priority/urgent).

I have Samsung s8 running 8.0.0

I have a few questions for you so I don't suggest anything you may have tried. What troubleshooting steps have you previously performed & What firmware version is the Audio Doorbell/Base Station running?

I've tried resetting phone, router and base station.

I've tried re-pairing and factory resetting.

Doorbell: 1.2.0.0_297_268
Base Station: 1.11.9.0_26520
