Essential Doorbell Call Back Feature Required

So today I had a delivery and my arlo doorbell called me as we were out. I wanted to direct the driver to leave the parcel as we were on our way back. However the awful app crashed and the delivery driver just stood there waiting for someone to come to the door, nobody came and he left WITH THE PARCEL!

The whole point of this product for me is to stop this situation, however it keeps failing me in so many ways. To resolve this I suggest that arlo look at a call doorbell feature?

I am giving this thing a month (amazon return) timescale, if they don’t start fixing it I am sending it back and looking at an alternative using ifttt to trigger my camera’s.

What version of the Arlo Mobile App are you using & what firmware version is the Doorbell running?

I don't know if you're the same person who keeps posting these links but they're inappropriate at best and maybe harmful at worst. I've notified the mods.
