Arlo Doorbell Only Bells/Rings Once

My arlo bell only rings once using. Its hooked up to a internal chime which is hard wired.

When i connect for the first time it rings, then after that no chime. However if i disconnet and reconnect it, its rings again the first time.

tried on all 3 setting same issue

Anyone else had similar issues?

tried and got nowhere! pretty disappointing after spending 45 mins chatting them...
