Hello

I recently installed my Arlo Doorbell and having an issue when it is completely secured(tightening the seizure screw at bottom of device) into the cradle. The door bell will not function. If I loosen the screw and leave it partially in the cradle, the doorbell works just fine. I tried to loosen the screws into the door fram thinking it may be twisting the back plate. That did not work. Tried all three positions in the swith and that did not work as well. Right now a person can lift it off the back plate and walk away. Any suggestions?

Are you using the existing wiring for your chime? Is there a stray wire sticking out?
