Hallo, ich bekomme keine Verbindung zu meiner Smart Hub Station.

Muss ich die Doorbell über mein WLAN Netz oder dem Netz der Smart Hub verbinden?

Beides funktioniert nicht.

Wenn ich das WLAN Netz Smart Hub auswähle, verlangt dieses ein Passwort.

Ich habe kein PW vom Smart Hub. Wo finde ich dieses?

You won't find it. The wifi network from the base is closed, and is only for the cameras.

What doorbell model did you purchase?

Also, what model is the hub? Look for a VMBxxxx label on it.

Gen 2 doorbells can't be paired with a smarthub yet.

The first step is to add the base to the account.

Then you'd add the doorbell. The workflow should give you the option of connecting to the base (and not your home wifi).

Das versuche ich seit 5 Stunden.

Er findet die Doorbell nicht.

Ich dachte vielleicht sollte ich das WLAN Netz von der Smart Hub mal versuchen.

Dies verlangt aber ein Passwort, welches ich nicht kenne

Bitte führe folgende Schritte durch, um deine Video Doorbell mit deinem SmartHub zu verbinden: Wie verbinde ich meine Arlo Camera oder Video Doorbell mit einem Arlo SmartHub oder einer Base Station?
