    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My smarthub stays at an old firmware version (1.21.1) and I cannot figure out how to upgrade it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things I tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* restart the hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* used my.arlo to search for new versions (it says „no updates available“)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* removed the hub from my account and added&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* factory reset the hub, removed it from my account and added it again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the reason I want an upgrade is because the local storage is not working really good. Once I format the drive it works for a few recordings. Soon it stops working saying that there are no recordings found. I have no subscription. I tried support, but without subscription they won‘t provide useful information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for any hints&lt;/P&gt;</description>
