Hi,

we have set up our new Iphone‘s (11 and 14)

Iphone 11 gets Failuremessage: not trusted after entering the code

Iphone 14: no keyboard available to enter the code.

Can anyone help? Unfortunately no answers were found in the community, only questions.

thank you for contacting us.

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo Secure app installed (4.0.2)? Have you deleted the app and reinstalled it?

Could you please switch to a different internet network (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and try if trusting works?

Have you tried to log in using email or SMS factor?
