    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have set up our new Iphone‘s (11 and 14)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iphone 11 gets Failuremessage: not trusted after entering the code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iphone 14: no keyboard available to enter the code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have the latest version of the Arlo Secure app installed (4.0.2)? &amp;nbsp;Have you deleted the app and reinstalled it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please switch to a different internet network (Wi-Fi or mobile data) and try if trusting works?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to log in using email or SMS factor?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
