Hallo.

Freund einladen funktioniert nicht.

Habe Einladung verschickt und in der App steht jetzt angenommen.

Mein Freund hat sie angenommen , App installiert und angemeldet. Sieht aber meine cameras nicht.

Aufgefallen ist uns das wir unterschiedlich Versionen der App haben .

Ich habe die Version 4.7.1_28575. Der Freund die neue mit dieser Dashbord funktion.

Was mus ich machen das er meine cameras sieh?

Select "add device", and see if you have the option to add a Pro 5s camera.

If you do, start the onboarding process. Of course you can't complete it without having the camera. But if you start it, you will get a prompt to update your app to "Dashboard" and "Feed". Then the friend account will be able to access your cameras.

If you don't see the option, then unfortunately you will have to wait until you can migrate the account to "Feed".
