      <description>&lt;P&gt;Netgear's reliance on customers' technical savvy in the "community" is a poor excuse and cheap,but not the best&amp;nbsp; or most effective way of offering technical support and trouble shooting.&amp;nbsp; Using customers to solve a resource issue is clever but amateurish and unprofessional.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
