Hi,

I’ve been having issues logging in to my account on community. I keep getting an error message stating I need to contact arlo support.
I had to create a new account just to post this.

Do you have a screenshot that shows you're receiving an error message when logging on to your original account?

please see attached snapshot of error message.

I've tried to reset my password but I still get the same error message.

Yes I am able to login on my.arlo but not on community
