Live Chat Support Not Working

I've tried chrome, firefox, and safari and all of them will get to the start live chat and once you click the start the live chat, it opens a new window for the chat but nothing ever displays on it. I even let it sit for 5-7 minutes and nothing ever came up.

Need help with my Arlo Pro 2 camera not detecting motion anymore.

I'm using chrome on my laptop and nothing appears on the live chat page either.

Just tried it on Fire Fox and no issue to live chat

Hi @typace,

Have you tried to clear your cache or cookies on your browsers or try incognito mode to see if that helps?

Hello: Were you ever able to chat? I've tried on and off for two weeks on four different devices (desktop, laptop, iPad and iPhone) and get that same blank box after selecting "Start live chat." Unbelievable lack of customer care.

What web browsers are you using to try chatting with live chat? We recommend using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
