There is a tab available to check for any system outages. I have added a screenshot for you below on where to locate this.

-Check System Status Tab

Why is it that Arlo does not make it really obvious when they have problems in the form of bullitins. Apparently they were out on 4/20 as I am reading some other peoples posts. My Cameras were down.. Would it not make sense for this to be posted? I spent a few hours troubleshooting my Router Firewall etc and the Chat was not responding. They need to do a better job of managing this.. I was not aware that they did ever go down. Can someone from Arlo or Netgear please respond??

Why not make a Tab for Bullitins or Outages. Then we would not be wasting our time for several days trying to find out what is going on?
