    <description>No it happened right after the update and my other brand camera is still working so not a power outage. Base station is offline due to firmware update too.&lt;BR /&gt;I understand there may be issues with each update, I just question the decision of doing it over the most popular travel season of the year when many people are away from their homes. I may like the new updates but the if it completely disables my cameras then you've stripped them of their core value. Wait till mid- January for major updates when most people are back from the holiday.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All cameras are offline and have no access to them since I'm many miles away. &amp;nbsp;This was the main reason I bought these things. &amp;nbsp;Very poor decision to deliver a firmware upgrade while many people are still away from home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
