That's not possible. The highest tier subscription plan (Elite) only keeps recorded videos up to 60 days. If you haven't downloaded your desired videos during that time period, you're out of luck.

If you are on the Basic subscription plan you're out of luck, because that only retains videos for the last seven days.

Only if you are on the Premier or Elite plan would you be able to see a video from less than 30 but more than seven days ago. Premier keeps a 30-day history of videos in your library, Elite will keep videos for the past 60 days.

I don't know if switching to a higher tier plan will make videos available to you again that are inaccessible in your current subscription plan. But I would guess probably not.
