Arlo,

I live in Singapore and have access to the United States App store through my american home address. Will the included basic plan work outside the United States as long as I meet the minimum internet requirements? I am looking at installing 6 cameras in my home in Singapore.

Hi Josh,

You may use the Arlo system in Singapore and take advantage of the Basic plan.

Hello,

I live in USA, but want to install the cameras in my dad's place in Colombia (South America). Will the cameras still record and storage in the cloud using the basic plan?

Yes, definitely your Arlo will work in Colombia and store recorded videos in cloud storage.
