      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not at this time. Nothing stopping you from painting it as long ASN you're careful about the front black area with the lenses and motion detector.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Serious marketing or design (or both) failure if that wasn't considered up front.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Likely that design was tasked with an indoor design, then marketing expanded the scope to outdoor/water-proof but forgot to take the next logical step.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Black housings are offered as add-ons&amp;nbsp;but not offered with a system? &amp;nbsp;That's broken too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand the desire for other colors but it's actually the black faceplate that is my issue. Not everyone has the need for light or dark colors but in my case the black faceplate is what sticks out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you do paint the cameras black, make sure they are mounted where they wont see direct sunlight. the cameras in black in direct sunlight would likely cook the batteries and the internal components.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
