I found this under specifications:

Power adapter
- 110V-240V, 50/60 Hz, input

The PDF spec on the web site is wrong. My power adapter says 120V 60Hz. It will not work in Europe.

I bout one und unfortunetly it didn't work!! its says: 120V 60Hz , I hope it didn't blow up my netgear or the power adapter.

It is very weird that there is no answer from arlo?! and I don't know from where can i get 230 v adapter?!

Looking at picture , cant see why you can't get an adapter... the base takes 12v DC @ 1.5a with center postitive plug. There must be a 230v wall wart that puts out 12dc.
