not the right tool for the job how do i return it? (local Storage required)

Did not find out that cloud storage was a requirement to use this product until after it was bought.

The internet is not available in the area that I was going to use these cameras.

I am not able to return these camera to the point i bought them because the box is open.

All returns should be handled through the retail channel in which the system was originally purchased. Please contact your retailer for more information on how to process your return.

Just a thought that may not be applicable to your situation - do you have cell service in that location? If so and it's at least 3G, you could potentially use a hotspot to provide access. Of course, you'd need to have an appropriate data plan to handle whatever usage you would encounter.
