Arlo Q Plus Length of cable from camera to POE adaptor

Want to buy the Arlo Q Plus but fear that the length of cable between the camera and the POE adaptor is too short. I want to mount the camera in a corner of the room with the cable punching up through the drywall and have the POE adaptor out of sight. any ideas on the length of cable between camera and POE?

According to the Amazon product page of the Arlo Q Plus here's what's in the box:

(1) Arlo Q Plus 1080p HD Security Camera
(1) Power adapter
(1) USB cable
(1) Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) adapter
(1) Wall mount plate
(4) Mounting screws
(1) Arlo window decal
(1) Quick start guide

So, it seems an Ethernet cable is not even included. You'll have to provide your own.

The cable length for the adapter is about 6 inches. The screenshot below may give you a better idea:

Can you post a picture of the power adapter too? That one must have an incoming (regular) and outgoing (PoE) port for Ethernet, right? The incoming port connecting to the Internet router, the outgoing port connecting to the Arlo Q Plus camera.

I've never seen a PoE solution in real life.

When using a PoE switch, the adapter above is all that is needed. The camera is powered using solely the ethernet cable. This allows the user to power and connect the device to the internet using a single cable.

Alternatively, you can connect to the internet using ethernet (through the above adapter) and power using micro usb, see below:

You can also utilize this method removing the ethernet cable entirely and connecting the Arlo Q plus to your network wirelessly.
