You don't see a big fat button labeled Change Subscription on the Subscription page?

How are you accessing the system? Browser? App?

Try the browser. What do you see on the subscription page?

i see only basic plan

I dunno. Maybe you're in a country that doesn't support paid subscriptions yet?

Subscription plans are not yet available in all countries. At this time, paid subscription plans are not available in Qatar. For more information on subscription availability take a look at this article: Where are Arlo cameras sold and what service plans are available?

Your country is determined based on location when you complete the account registration process.

Hi,

I'm on holiday and bought these cameras in Malaysia and have set this up here to test it out. How can I now set it so that I am able to use the paid subscriptions when I am back in London next week?

Should I throw these cameras in the bin then?

Subscription plans are not yet available in all countries. For more information on subscription availability take a look at this article: Where are Arlo cameras sold and what service plans are available?

If you create an account and register the base station in London (where subscription plans are supported) you would then be able to utilize paid subscription plans.
