LED flashes blue on Arlo Camera after website kept saying batteries are dead

website kept saying batteries dead.  We changed the batteried 3 times, then tried the same ones in another camera, worked fine.  So we removed the defective camera and now it wont sync.  When we put batteries in the camera, the led flashes blue constantly

Hey @SoftballCentral,

 

Is the LED blue flashing slowly or rapidly? It may be related to your Base Station. Try to reboot your Base Station and see if your Arlo camera can sync with your Base Station. Also make sure that you are on the latest firmware for both your camera and Base Station.
